Global ERP Implementation and Operation Requirements Definition

Global ERP Implementation and Operation Requirements Definition

Client: Mid-sized Japanese Pharmaceutical Company

Scale: Approximately 1000 employees

Issues Background

The client needed a consulting firm with global communication expertise to handle database requirements and project management during the operation phase of an internal application overhaul project. Communication challenges had arisen with stakeholders in English and Chinese-speaking regions during the planning and design phase, which were supported by a different consulting firm.

Measures (Our Solutions)

We assigned a team member with extensive experience in global projects. We conducted master operation flow, task lists, requirement definition creation, and held workshops to explain the operation flow.

Results

Smoothed global communication in China, US, and Asia-Pacific regions, ensuring the system Go-live was met on time.
