Hopejets Consulting aims to continue its global growth journey alongside its clients. 

As of October 2022, we have reached the milestone of a decade since our inception, originating from China and establishing a firm presence in Japan. The past decade has seen significant changes in consumer consciousness, society, economy, and living environment on a global scale.  While China has notably embraced new technologies, Japan has faced challenges in keeping pace.  In the next decade, we anticipate major shifts in industry structure and service paradigms due to AI and big data-driven digital transformation (DX). In Japan, issues such as the “2025 problem” of super-aging society and the end of SAP ERP maintenance in 2025 are being raised, and we feel the limitations of domestic human resources alone. The value of us, the consultants and how we engage with clients will also change significantly. 

Having gained invaluable experience at a global consulting firm, working on a wide range of business strategies, process improvements, and international M&A projects, I subsequently pursued entrepreneurial studies at HEC Paris. While I once found elegance in neatly formulated equations and logic-driven solutions during my tenure at a major firm, I've come to realize that there is no one-size-fits-all formula for genuine "global business transformation." More often than not, success hinges on attributes like "initiative," "resilience," and "a spirit of challenge" rather than strict calculations. 

At Hopejets Consulting (HJC), our mission is to “accelerate the global growth of companies and create a new future with all challengers”. We support companies in improving their corporate value, business strategy, overseas expansion, and DX strategy more quickly and agilely. Our consultants demonstrate “action”, “perseverance”, and “challenge” by fearlessly identifying all potential business risks and leading clients to solve problems. 

In July 2022, we launched an expert matching business as a new internal business. Centered on strategic consulting, we provide high-value-added services in Japan, from spot consulting like expert interviews to traditional consulting firm services, using highly sophisticated knowledge. Centered in Tokyo and Hong Kong, we are building strong networks with clients and partners both domestically and internationally. We aim to achieve an IPO in the next five years as a milestone and strive to be recognized as one of the most prominent professional firms originating from Asia.
